Packing
We recommend appropriate packing for maximum protection of goods in transit. Forwarders International also provides complete packing services depending on special commodity requirements, with respect to breakage, weight, moisture and pilferage.

Hazardous Cargo
Forwarders International's certified personnel will assist to comply fully with the IATA, IMO and DOT regulations when offering a consignment of dangerous goods to the air, ocean and land carrier.

Storage and Warehouse Facilities
Each shipment is handled with professional care from pickup to delivery. Shipments are received, sorted and assigned a location with special tag numbers for maximum accountability.

Groupage and Logistics
Shipments from various suppliers to one customer may be picked-up or delivered to our warehouse simultaneously or separately. An on-hand report is issued and the cargo is held until an authorization to ship is received.

Customs Procedures
Forwarders International will ensure export and import reporting compliance by filing shipment information electronically with customs. Line item review, commodity analysis and classification are conducted then submitted according to Customs regulations by each individual Schedule B number for exports and each HTSA classification for imports.

Priority/Direct Shipments
Urgent Shipments are treated as marked. We will not hold those shipments for larger consolidations. We will ensure a minimal turnaround from the moment the shipment is available until it reaches its final destination.

Consolidated Consignments
Cost sensitive shipments are consolidated and will receive a quality service at low and competitive rates.

Delivery Duty Unpaid/Paid
Door delivery service is provided. Shipments are picked-up from the exporter's warehouse and delivered right to the consignee's door in a timely manner.

Documentation and Legalization
Our documentation is precise. We are familiar with the import rules and regulations of foreign countries, methods of shipping, U.S. Government export regulations and with the documents connected to all foreign trade. The shipping documents are completed accordingly for expeditious clearance and delivery.

Letters of Credit, Collections
We understand that getting paid in full and on time is our customer's primary concern. We ensure that all specific terms and conditions of L/C are complied with, that special instructions have been followed and that all documents required are accounted for under bank collection or letter of credit. Our presentation is clean and in compliance.
